A live divination app on Google Play in 10 locales — palm, tarot, coffee, dream and natal readings plus an oracle chat, grounded in real planetary positions rather than invented ones. Server-authoritative stars economy, subscriptions and ads, with an internal service watching the ledger for anomalies.

Calendar-first AI study companion for nursing students. Lecture notes and PDFs become source-cited tutor chats, quizzes and FSRS flashcards, and a guided session plans the next ten minutes, runs them, then debriefs — all sized to the phone windows students already give Instagram.
Systems · Windows Diagnostics
PIARA Computer Tool — the diagnostic and repair kit the shop's own bench runs on. One portable Windows executable with no installer and no runtime DLLs, carried in on a USB stick. Thirteen Rust crates cover disk health, CPU and GPU stress, RAM, sensors, cloning and recovery, and a guided suite prints the customer's report.

The shop's central nervous system. What began as a listing helper now runs procurement, repairs, buy-back, field work and billing — and answers "who sells this part cheapest, landed" by sweeping fifteen suppliers plus eBay across eight countries in one query.

A Windows computer-use control plane for AI agents. Vision-first Rust daemon + CLI + MCP server that drives the desktop like a human — see, click, type, scroll — with sub-50 ms primitive round-trips, even on adversarial Electron and Direct2D apps.

AI recruiting platform built solo through five milestone releases. Application Quality Intelligence scoring flags AI-written cover letters and bots, real-time interviews run on Gemini Live, and GDPR compliance is infrastructure — not an afterthought.
Desktop · Developer Tool
A multi-agent AI coding IDE. An LLM complexity analyzer routes tasks to solo agents or parallel swarms in isolated git worktrees, while Tree-sitter AST parsing and LanceDB hybrid search give every agent real codebase context.
Interface & interaction design, design systems and tokens, motion design, rapid prototyping. Design that survives contact with real data and real users.
Production web apps with React Server Components, type-safe server actions, programmatic SEO and creative WebGL frontends that still hit performance budgets.
